Job Description

The Candidate will be responsible for getting new sales mainly in the PSU sector and a select set of Key Banks and NBFC.
Will need to sell the Collections Platform, AI Products and Services to the identified set of customers.
Build deep, consultative relationships with stakeholders on the client side (product, tech, operations, strategy).
The candidate will start off as an Individual contributor, resources will be aligned to the candidate once traction is seen in the set of accounts allocated.
Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally to influence product, engineering, and operations roadmaps.
Partner with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues with speed and precision.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance analysis, and strategic planning with key accounts.
Negotiate renewals, upsell value-added services, and ensure commercial alignment.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments affecting client strategy.
