Cyber Security Engineer
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and document complex network architectures and cybersecurity solutions in alignment with EVERLLENCE standards and customer requirements. This role involves both hands-on technical execution and collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document secure network architectures and cybersecurity solutions based on customer requirements.
- Configure firewalls and other network components within OT control systems.
- Support internal and external teams on cybersecurity and network-related matters.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and troubleshoot cybersecurity/network issues.
- Provide first-level support and share technical knowledge across the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Oberhausen HQ for project alignment and execution.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers for document clarity and technical coordination.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining team collaboration.
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance skills.
- Comply with company code of conduct, processes, and Health & Safety standards.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and plant engineering.
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62443 standards and cybersecurity risk assessments for control systems.
- Hands-on experience with OT network configurations (firewalls, VLANs, ring topologies).
- Familiarity with Siemens PCS7, Allen Bradley systems, and network devices such as Hirschmann, Siemens, Fortinet, and Phoenix Contact.
- Certifications in cybersecurity or network engineering are an advantage.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing team. This internship/training offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in sales strategy, client engagement, lead generation, and market research. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
- Participate in client meetings and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services/products
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned
- Update and manage internal databases and spreadsheets
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and sales proposals
- Assist in lead generation activities and follow-up coordination
Qualification & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or having less than one year of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes
