About the Role – Founder’s Office Intern


As a member of the Founder’s Office, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to drive high-impact strategic projects across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup and is ideal for ambitious individuals seeking an intensive learning experience with tangible outcomes. You’ll help identify opportunities, optimize business functions, and influence decision-making, not just observe it.




Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development


Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

Support sales strategy creation and execution

Collaborate with sales team on client acquisition and retention

Monitor key sales metrics and recommend improvements

Operations & Strategy


Help streamline internal workflows and boost process efficiency

Coordinate across departments to enhance productivity

Research and implement workflow automation tools

Lead special internal projects aligned with strategic goals

Marketing & Growth


Assist in campaign planning and execution

Collaborate with digital, performance, and brand marketing teams

Analyze market and consumer trends to refine go-to-market strategy

Drive user engagement through creative marketing initiatives



Who We’re Looking For


Education: MBA / Bachelor’s Degree / Final-year Students

Experience: 0–1 year in business, operations, marketing, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)

Skillset:


Analytical thinking and data interpretation

Self-starter with execution focus and minimal supervision needed

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Comfortable using CRM tools, productivity platforms, and analytics dashboards

Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced environments
