Key Responsibilities:

• Drive

  B2B sales

  for assigned product line (Lighting / Motors / Cables / Switchgear / Projects).
• Build and manage

  channel partner & distributor networks

  .
• Identify and develop new

  business opportunities

  in the market.
• Handle

  enterprise customers, architects, consultants, OEMs, and institutional clients

  .
• Execute

  sales strategies

  to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Manage

  key accounts

  and maintain long-term relationships.
• Conduct

  market research, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting

  .
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, supply chain) for seamless delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
