Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7-8 years experience in organic products/cosmetics or FMCG industry, with a focus on B2B sales in the HORECA sector in Telangana/Hyderabad. - Pan India experience would be advantageous. - Deep knowledge of market dynamics is essential. - About 30 years old with a passion for sustainability and eco-conscious approach. - Proven sales leadership in beauty or related industry, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and team management abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Fluency in the local language will be advantageous.,
