Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities. 8. Set and track sales targets and KPIs/KRA’s vs. budget. 9. Execute sales plans to increase margins.
1. Channel Management of B2B Sales in the Renewable Business. 2. Develop and inspire the sales team to achieve results & Targets & have Personal Growth 3. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes. 4. Conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities. 5. Ensure there no bed debits and timely collections. 6. Communicating Effectively with Seniors and Peers.
1. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies 2. Identify new business opportunities and lead the team in securing new clients or contracts.
1. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery. 2. Address and resolve client issues, ensuring long-term business relationships. 3. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue streams.
1. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the renewable energy sector and report internally. 2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to adjust the sales approach. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and competitive advantage in the renewable energy market.
1. Work closely with the operations, finance, legal, and business 2. To drive awareness of the company's renewable energy offerings through events, campaigns, and digital channels.
