Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams for lead generation.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to sales processes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Implement sales training programs to upgrade team performance.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, CRM tools, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in

    real estate / construction / property development

    preferred.
  • Strong network of industry contacts will be an added advantage.
