Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Tele Caller to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position suited for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and client handling, primarily focusing on cold calling prospective clients. Qualifications And Skills Cold calling skills are mandatory for effectively reaching out to potential clients and engaging them in meaningful conversations. (Mandatory skill) Proficiency in CRM software to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records of correspondence. Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and convert them into sales opportunities. Ability to use Salesforce for efficient handling of sales processes and client data management. Familiarity with customer engagement strategies to build and maintain strong client relationships. Basic knowledge of real estate market trends to provide informed service to clients and guide their purchasing decisions. The role will primarily involve legal typing, documentation, property registrations, and assisting senior legal staff in day-to-day administrative legal tasks.
