Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist in Real Estate located in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and conducting product presentations. The role involves direct interaction with clients, guiding them through the sales process, and managing client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in training new sales team members and support the sales management team in developing strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Real Estate sector.
• Ability to train and mentor new sales team members
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in real estate or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
