Job Description

As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Planet Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., your role involves proactively engaging in outdoor sales activities to generate leads and sell properties effectively. You will conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers, coordinating and executing property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers, and negotiating sale agreements with prospective clients to achieve the best outcomes for both parties. It is essential for you to maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and regularly report sales activity. In addition, you will continuously explore new sales avenues to expand the company's client base and collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively engage in outdoor sales activities to generate leads and sell properties effectively. - Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. - Coordinate and execute property viewings and site visits with prospective buyers. - Negotiate sale agreements with prospective clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Maintain accurate sales records using CRM software and report sales activity regularly. - Explore new sales avenues to expand the company's client base. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies. Qualifications And Skills: - Outdoor Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets (Mandatory skill). - Ability and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits (Mandatory skill). - Proficiency in CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently. - Experience in cold calling to generate new leads and drive sales numbers consistently. - Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively and build profitable partnerships. - Competency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management. - Ability to conduct market analysis to stay updated with real estate trends and development. - Exceptional customer relationship-building skills to nurture long-term business relationships.,
