looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies that align with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing teams, managing key client relationships, and delivering on ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key customers and partners. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Set sales performance goals and regularly monitor KPIs and team achievements. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and improve customer experience. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. proven experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and CRM tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales strategy. Experience in Broking and financial products industries ( Mutual fund, Demat, Insurance etc) Preferred Skills Familiarity with CRM platforms Strong decision-making and organizational abilities
