Sales Head

Klene Paks Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, directing, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Lead and manage the sales team to meet performance targets and expand market reach. Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and accounts departments for order fulfillment and smooth operations. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Ensure timely dispatches and resolve any issues related to delivery or client requirements. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Travel to production sites outside Bangalore as required to align sales with production capabilities. Analyze sales data and present regular reports to senior management. Requirements:Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industries. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Willingness to travel as per business needs.
