Job description: We as a Klene Paks limited the manufacturing of HDPE and PP woven bags, are hiring the Marketing Executive to meet the needs of a customer and ensuring of reaching them to satisfying the customer. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our brand. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and brand awareness. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends. Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also actively seeking out new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials. Analyze marketing data and metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present reports on marketing initiatives and results to management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Travel to meet with clients, attend events, and explore new markets as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively as required. NOTE: It is imperative that this field involves traveling and finding the new customers.
