As a Sales Head in the FIBC Industry, your role will involve driving sales of AI trained software systems to FIBC manufacturers in both domestic and international markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Development & Sales: Identify and generate new leads, develop relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. - Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to expand business in domestic and international markets. - End-to-End Sales Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and managing post-sales relationships. - Industry Expertise: Understand the challenges faced by FIBC manufacturers, especially related to defect identification and financial losses. - Data Analysis & Forecasting: Utilize sales data to create reports, review performance, and develop strategic sales forecasts. - Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth. - Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: - Strong connections in the FIBC industry (domestic & international). - In-depth knowledge of FIBC products, markets, and sales trends. - Proven experience in selling FIBC products in domestic and international markets. - Ability to identify and address customer pain points, particularly regarding defect identification and associated losses. - Strong lead generation and deal-closing skills. - Excellent data analysis and strategic planning abilities for performance review and forecasting. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
