Job Title: Sales Head – MP, CG, Rajasthan & Maharashtra


📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Role Overview:


Sales Head


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Strategy & Execution


* Own and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with national goals.

* Set and monitor state-wise sales targets and ensure consistent growth.

* Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to close gaps and capture new opportunities.


2. Team Leadership


* Recruit, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across the 4 states.

* Implement a structured review process (daily/weekly/monthly) to drive accountability and productivity.

* Motivate and coach team members to consistently exceed sales targets.


3. Market Expansion


* Build and expand a robust dealer/distributor network across urban, semi-urban, and rural markets.

* Identify white spaces and underpenetrated regions for new business development.

* Partner with key retail chains, modern trade, and institutional buyers.


4. Channel Management


* Strengthen relationships with distributors, stockists, retailers, and channel partners.

* Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and pricing across all sales channels.

* Implement trade schemes and promotions tailored to regional dynamics.


5. Cross-Functional Collaboration


* Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to align sales execution.

* Provide real-time market feedback to support product development and pricing strategies.


6. Reporting & Insights


* Maintain accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts.

* Use data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities at the micro-market level.


Candidate Profile


✅ Experience & Qualifications


* Graduate + MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales preferred.

* 15–20 years of relevant experience in homeware, FMCG, Companies like Cello, Tupperware,Milton etc

* Proven success in managing large teams and driving multi-state sales operations.


✅ Skills & Attributes


* Strong leadership and team-building skills.

* Deep understanding of distributor/channel dynamics in MP, CG, Raj., and MM.

* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

* Willing to travel extensively across the assigned region.
