Job Description

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Forecast sales performance and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Set individual targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing training. Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. Resolve customer queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Inventory & Pricing: Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain the right vehicle mix in stock. Participate in pricing strategy and discounting policies to maximize margins and sales volume. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market insights. Oversee proper documentation, billing, loan coordination, and registration processes. Digital & Walk-in Sales: Drive both digital lead conversions and showroom walk-ins. Work closely with the marketing team to boost online presence and customer engagement.
