About Us
We are building APM Medichem (PureRoots 47) into a global upstream supply chain leader in pharma. Founded by Sahil Aggarwal (ex-Zomato, IIT Roorkee, serial entrepreneur) and Shatrughan Singh Bhati (ex-AU, IIT Roorkee, IIM A) we have scaled rapidly in the last year with strong backing from global investors.
Our Raw Material (RM) business works with 170+ suppliers and 100+ CMOs across India, while our Formulations (FM) business is powered by a WHO-GMP licensed factory and trusted CMO partnerships. The long-term vision is to create a global pharma supply chain platform, combining raw material strength with world-class manufacturing to serve regulated and semi-regulated markets.

Your Role
Own Sales Growth: Drive revenues for the Formulations vertical (own factory + partner CMOs) across domestic & export markets
On-Ground Hustling: Be in the market, meeting clients, distributors, exporters, and pharma companies—closing deals personally
Leverage RM Ecosystem: Convert our existing CMO/manufacturer relationships into formulation business
Build Anchor Accounts: Create long-term buyer relationships to scale repeat orders
Portfolio Shaping: Work with technical team to align pipeline (dosage forms, molecules) with market demand
Negotiate & Close: Be sharp in commercials, contracts, and execution of high-value deals
Future Team: Build and mentor a lean sales/BD team as the business scales
Who You Are
6–15 years in pharma formulations (third party) sales/BD (domestic + exports exposure preferred)
Have strong buyer & distributor networks (India, ROW, MEA, Africa, etc.)
Proven track record of closing 15–50 Cr+ sales portfolios
Hands-on, entrepreneurial: you don’t just delegate—you travel, meet buyers, hustle, and close deals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
A long-term player who wants to grow with the company over the next decade
Based out of Chandigarh Tricity or Himachal
