Responsibilities

Responsible for sales and marketing to achieve set targets and ensure complete order execution.
Complete customer satisfaction and to go beyond, to get customers' confidence, implement the company's policies, and uphold them to maintain the brand image of the company.

Requirements

Experience - 8 years + with Cutting Tools.
Education - ITI, Diploma/Degree-Mechanical.
Candidates should have good foresight and vision to understand market changes and plan accordingly.
Should be economical and cost-conscious in every activity where company funds are involved.
Should be able to close the deal, giving priority to the technical advantage over competitors.
Should keep sense open, smell competitor's activities and make a strategy to overtake.
Co-ordination with the assigned Sales Manager for all sales-related activities.
