Position Overview Expo Stand Services is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients worldwide, tracking ongoing leads, and contributing to our sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Key Responsibilities 1) Client Outreach and Relationship Building: • Connect with potential clients across Europe via calls, emails, and other communication channels. • Establish strong relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. 2) Service Briefing: • Introduce and explain the company’s services to prospective clients, highlighting the custom solutions for exhibition stands and trade show displays. • Understand the specific needs of each client and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements. 3) Needs Analysis: • Engage with clients to identify their needs, including the size, design, and scope of the exhibition stand they are looking for. • Assess their budget and timelines to ensure the proposed solutions meet their expectations. 4) Collaboration with Design Team: • Communicate client requirements, including stand size and design preferences, to the internal design team. • Coordinate with designers to ensure the creation of 3D models that align with client specifications. 5) Presentations and Proposals: • Present the 3D models and design proposals to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have. • Discuss the quality, customization options, and pricing to ensure that the client understands the value proposition. 6) Negotiation and Closing Sales: • Negotiate terms, pricing, and project timelines with clients to close the deal. • Ensure all sales agreements are clear and well-documented. • Actively follow up to convert leads into final sales. 7) Ongoing Client Support: • Maintain a high level of customer engagement throughout the process to ensure satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. • Gather feedback to improve services and ensure client retention.
