We are now looking for talented sales professionals to join our team and drive strategic growth in the food industry.     Role Overview  We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong exposure to the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, expanding market reach, achieving sales targets, and building long-term partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-centric skills are essential for success in this role.     Key Responsibilities  Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through proactive sales activities. Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and territories to grow the customer base and increase product penetration. Order Management: Coordinate order processing, follow-up on deliveries, and ensure clients receive timely product supply. Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of Murtuza Foods’ products and effectively present product benefits to customers. Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness. Reporting: Prepare and share regular sales reports, pipeline status, and market insights with the Sales Head. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, and finance) to manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly   Preferred Skills  Experience with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) or retail channel sales Knowledge of food products and market dynamics CRM usage experience for sales tracking and reporting
