Job Title: Sales Executive Packaging & Printing Industry Location: Mohali, Punjab Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Adjustable as needed) Educational Qualification: Any Degree Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in field sales and a background in the packaging and printing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts in and around Mohali. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients in the packaging and printing sector. Conduct regular field visits to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Promote and sell products/services tailored to customer needs. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Gather market intelligence and competitor activity to refine sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order execution. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales , preferably in the packaging or printing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Familiarity with CRM software and reporting tools is a plus.
