Position Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
• Provide accurate project information, pricing, and documentation support to potential customers.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations for clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain sales reports, track targets, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction/real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented.
