  • Your day to day is:

  • Travel Planning and Curation:

-         Plan and curate travel plans in advance for elder clients, considering their preferences, interests, and special requirements.

  • -         Create enticing and comprehensive travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs of elders, ensuring their safety and comfort.


  • ·  

    Revenue Generation and P&L Management:


-        Actively  contribute to revenue generation by promoting travel experiences to elder clients and ensuring their participation.

-         Continuously identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategies to maximize profitability.


·      Vendor Tie-ups and Partner Search:

-         Build and maintain relationships with vendors, travel agencies, hotels, transportation providers, and other relevant partners.

-         Continuously seek new partners and vendors to expand the range of travel experiences and enhance the value for elder clients.


  • ·      Elder Travel Group Management:

-         Organize and prepare travel groups comprising elder clients based on their interests, locations, and preferred travel companions.

-         Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth execution of travel plans, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.

-         Be available to address any concerns or emergencies that may arise during the travel experiences.

  • ·      Collaboration and Reporting:

-         Collaborate with the marketing team to promote travel experiences through various channels, including social media and newsletters.

-         Provide regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and travel trends.


  • You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in travel management, preferably in a similar role or within the tourism industry.

·      Excellent communication skills to build partnerships and secure favourable deals with vendors.

  • ·

    Knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and attractions suitable for elder clients.

·      Ability to think creatively and design engaging and lucrative travel itineraries.

·      Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

·      Proficiency in travel management software and tools.

·      A passion for providing exceptional travel experiences for elders and promoting their overall well-being.
