Job Description: Shoe Upper Sales Executive Company: TRUSTKNIT PRIVATE LIMITED Location: BAHADURGARH, HARYANA Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years in the Sports Shoe or Footwear Manufacturing Industry About Us: TRUSTKNIT PRIVATE LIMITED is a leading manufacturer of Sports Shoe Uppers, Insoles, and Lining Materials , aiming to enhance production capabilities to 4,00,000 pairs monthly . Our extensive product range includes Knitted Shoe Uppers, Jacquard Woven Uppers, Jacquard Air Mesh Uppers, Foam Laminated Fabrics, EVA Laminated Fabrics, Air Mesh Fabrics, Warp Knitted Fabrics, Circular Knitted Fabrics, and Digital Printed Fabrics. We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong background in the footwear materials and manufacturing industry to drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and build long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports shoe manufacturing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, footwear manufacturers, and distributors . Conduct regular market visits to factories, wholesalers, and retailers to promote our products. Provide technical product knowledge and recommend suitable materials based on client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies . Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to maximize profitability. Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the sports shoe industry , specifically in shoe uppers, insoles, or lining materials . Strong network and connections in the footwear manufacturing industry. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and travel extensively for business development. In-depth knowledge of technical fabrics and materials used in sports shoe production. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools . Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
