Assistant Store Manager - Textiles

TrustKnit Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality footwear materials in India. Our Laminated Fabrics Section produces materials critical for premium footwear, and we are looking for a Store & QC Incharge to oversee inventory management and quality assurance of all fabrics, foam, and EVA materials in this section.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Store & QC Incharge responsible for managing the store operations and performing quality checks on all incoming and outgoing materials (Fabrics, Foam, EVA) in the Laminated Fabrics Section. The role requires hands-on experience in inventory management, material handling, and quality control in a manufacturing environment, preferably in textiles or footwear materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming raw materials (Fabrics, Foam, EVA) as per specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of stock issued, received, and balance using inventory management systems.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and segregation of materials to avoid damage or misplacement.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.

Quality Control (QC):

• Perform quality checks on all incoming and outgoing materials according to company standards.
• Identify defects, deviations, or quality issues and report them to the production and management team.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure only high-quality materials are issued for production.
• Maintain QC records and prepare quality reports for management review.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the store and warehouse.
• Implement proper handling procedures for EVA, foam, and laminated fabrics to prevent damage.
• Train store staff on handling and quality check procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management and quality control in textiles, footwear materials, or related manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Fabrics, EVA, FOAM materials used in footwear.
• Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock issuing/receiving, and QC processes.
• Good analytical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
