TrustKnit Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of footwear materials in India, specializing in knitted and woven shoe uppers for major brands like Reebok, PUMA, Campus Activewear, and Bata. We are expanding our production capabilities and seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Knitted & Woven Shoe Uppers Department.

Job Description:

The Production Supervisor will manage day-to-day operations in the Knitted & Woven Shoe Uppers Department, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, with high quality standards and minimal wastage. The role requires someone with strong technical knowledge of knitting and weaving processes, leadership skills, and experience in footwear manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of knitted and woven shoe upper production lines.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Allocate resources (machines, materials, and manpower) effectively to maximize output.
• Track production efficiency, machine utilization, and implement improvements.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all shoe uppers meet quality standards before moving to assembly.
• Identify defects or inconsistencies in knitted/woven fabrics and take corrective measures.
• Work with QC team to maintain high-quality standards and minimize rejections.

Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and motivate production operators and helpers.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and adherence to SOPs on the production floor.

Maintenance & Reporting:

• Coordinate with maintenance team for regular upkeep of knitting and weaving machines.
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and material usage logs.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and production costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in footwear or textile manufacturing, preferably in knitted/woven shoe upper production.
• Strong understanding of knitting machines, jacquard looms, and weaving processes.
• Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team supervision.
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes for footwear materials.
• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
