Inside Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Noida, sector 15

Experience Required

Minimum 8 months of experience in hardcore inside sales is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calling
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products/services

• Conduct sales pitches via phone, video calls, or virtual meetings

• Follow up with potential customers to drive conversions

• Close sales deals and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM systems

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
• Adhere to company sales processes, compliance policies, and quality standards
  

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  8 months of hardcore inside sales experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
  

Salary & Compensation

• CTC:

  Up to

  4.5 LPA

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives (over and above salary)
