Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential homebuyers and understand their property needs.
Recommend suitable properties and coordinate site visits.
Maintain and update client data through
Google Sheets & Excel trackers
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Follow up on leads shared by the marketing team and ensure conversions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

Education:
Graduate in any stream (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
Languages:
Fluent in
English & Hindi
; knowledge of
Kannada
preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge
Google Sheets, Excel & email communication.
Target-driven, energetic, and professional in conduct.
