Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to expand Parkin’s footprint in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our smart parking solutions to RWAs, malls, corporate parks, and government bodies, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, target, and engage potential clients including RWAs, commercial complexes, private parking operators, and municipal agencies.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical briefings to showcase Parkin’s offerings.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through fieldwork and networking.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
• Maintain CRM records, track lead status, and provide weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
• Represent Parkin at local expos, industry events, and RWA meetings in the region.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, mobility, or infrastructure services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory-based sales.
• Familiarity with Delhi-NCR geography and local market dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Must own a vehicle and smartphone (travel allowance provided).

• Experience selling to government bodies, smart city projects, or real estate developers.
• Prior exposure to parking systems, urban mobility, or IoT solutions.
