Job Description

Sales Executive Online Sales

client relationship management, upselling, and meeting monthly sales targets

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads, enquiries, and website orders via phone, email, and live chat.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Perform follow-ups on previous leads and customer interactions.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions for future follow-ups.
Assist new customers in selecting suitable hosting or digital plans.
Upsell and upgrade existing customers to appropriate plans based on requirements.
Generate leads through outbound calling using self-collected data.
Send proposals, quotations, and perform regular follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect data in CRM systems.
Work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks.

Job Requirements

Minimum
2 - 4 years of experience
in online sales / inside sales / tele-sales.
Experience in handling
phone, chat, and email-based sales
.
Strong ability to collect data related to
App Development, Web Designing, and IT companies
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Strong listening and convincing skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/data entry.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn and adapt quickly.
