Sales Executive

As a Fresher-Sales Executive in the FMCG industry based in Chennai, your role will involve driving sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets, identifying and onboarding new clients and distributors, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, conducting market research, seeking new sales opportunities through various channels, executing promotional campaigns, coordinating with marketing and product teams, monitoring competitors" activities, preparing and delivering presentations, and generating regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets across assigned territories. - Identify and onboard new clients and distributors. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media. - Execute promotional campaigns and activities to boost brand visibility. - Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement strategic initiatives. - Monitor competitors" activities and provide feedback for product improvements. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. - Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Fresher- 3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or a related industry. - Strong field sales experience. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Chennai and surrounding areas. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
