Job Description: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and product sales. This is a key role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on sales execution in a highly competitive industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Execute marketing plans and promotional activities to support product launches and campaigns. Monitor and report on sales performance and market dynamics. Collaborate with internal teams including product development, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
