As a Business Development Executive at Parekh Enterprises, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive sales and marketing strategies in the engineering polymers sector. Your responsibilities will include: - **Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis** - Monitor market trends and customer demands in the polymer industry. - **Sales & Client Acquisition** - Identify and engage new B2B clients in target regions. - Strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. - Conduct on-ground visits and strategic follow-ups to meet and exceed sales targets. - Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates. - **Marketing & Brand Strategy** - Conceptualize and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns. - Develop marketing materials, brochures, and promotional content. - Drive online visibility through SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. - **Content & Communication** - Create compelling product flyers, catalogues, and client presentations. - Manage website content and maintain a social media calendar. - **Events & Client Engagement** - Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events. - Collect customer feedback and support client satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing. - Strong understanding of plastic raw materials and engineering polymers. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing. Preferred qualifications include: - MBA or Masters in Marketing/Business Management. - Prior experience in engineering polymer trading or chemical distribution. - Familiarity with products like Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Nylon, etc. - Knowledge of industrial sales processes and procurement cycles.
