Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hospital Management Software to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets
• Make

  56 field visits per day

  to generate leads and convert them into clients
• Conduct product demos and coordinate with the implementation team
• Build strong client relationships and ensure regular follow-ups
• Maintain sales reports and provide updates to management

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 03 years of sales experience (Healthcare / IT preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and close deals

• Willing to travel frequently

  within the assigned region
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident
