Job Description We are looking for a Final Quality Inspector to check and approve the quality of finished castings before dispatch. The role requires experience in visual inspection, dimensional checking, and documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of CI and SG castings for surface defects, cracks, blow holes, etc. Conduct dimensional inspection using tools like Vernier, micrometer, and gauges Check castings as per drawing specifications and quality standards Prepare final inspection reports and mark OK / Not OK status Ensure that only approved parts go for dispatch or machining Report non-conformities and assist in rejection analysis Work closely with production and quality team to resolve issues Maintain inspection tools and follow safety and 5S practices Help during customer audits and third-party inspections Qualifications & Skills ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field) 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection (foundry preferred) Good understanding of castings and machining drawings Able to use measuring instruments accurately Basic documentation and report writing skills Knowledge of NDT / hardness testing is an added advantage Must be detail-oriented , disciplined, and team-focused Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus
Position Overview The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting Impel Ferrocast’s products (castings, machined components, and engineering solutions), developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in domestic and export markets. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Identify and generate new leads in domestic and international markets. Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other target customers. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers. Negotiate terms of business and close sales orders. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market studies to identify new opportunities in the casting/engineering sector. Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements. Provide regular reports to management on market developments. Marketing Activities Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Support digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns. Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies. Documentation & Coordination Preparation of Quotes, Delivery Challans (DC) & Invoices. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and customer visit reports. Ensure timely submission of contracts, agreements, and customer documentation. Liaise with Accounts & Logistics for invoicing, dispatches, and payment follow-up. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering or Business/Marketing (preferred). 1–4 years of experience in marketing/sales (preferably in foundry, automotive, or engineering components industry). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of castings, machining, and engineering products will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence. Willingness to travel for customer visits and exhibitions (domestic & overseas).
