With a people-first approach and tech-enabled solutions, we help companies scale efficiently and compliantly. 🎯 Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a sharp business acumen and experience in selling B2B services like staffing, facility management, and compliance solutions. You will identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and drive conversions using modern sales tools like Apollo.io, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified B2B leads for HR outsourcing, staffing, and facility services Execute outbound campaigns using Apollo.io, email, and LinkedIn Manage and update leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points Present NG Global’s services with confidence and clarity Collaborate with operations and HR teams to build customized proposals Follow up rigorously, manage sales pipeline, and close deals Track sales performance and provide weekly reports 📦 Required Skills & Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, manpower solutions, or facility management Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools Strong prospecting and email outreach abilities Excellent spoken and written communication skills Proven ability to manage targets, client expectations, and build long-term relationships Confidence in interacting with HR heads, procurement officers, and CXOs ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of HR compliance, blue/grey collar staffing, and workplace operations Experience working with real estate, logistics, healthcare, or hospitality clients Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field
