Role: Sales Executive (Full-time, On-site, Alwar)

As a Sales Executive at MGI Developers you will be the frontline ambassador for our projects in Alwar. This on-site role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify potential buyers, build relationships, and shepherd clients through the purchase process from enquiry to handover. You will work closely with marketing, legal and project teams to ensure smooth site visits, timely follow-ups and successful closures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads through market outreach, walk-ins, and digital/partner channels.
  • Conduct site visits, product walkthroughs and client presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable units/plots.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on documentation and assist clients through booking and financing processes.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms in line with company policy.
  • Support marketing campaigns and local sales events.
  • Liaise with legal and operations teams to ensure timely handover and client satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities (Hindi & English).
  • Experience in client relationship management and handling end-to-end sales processes in Alwar.
  • Good understanding of local real-estate market dynamics and ability to conduct basic market research.
  • Familiarity with real-estate CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently on the ground and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales (Alwar or NCR) is an advantage but not mandatory.
