It is not a field work) 📅 Experience: 3-4 Years 💼 Salary: Based on interview and experience KTA Spindle Toolings is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team! 🔹 Responsibilities: 1. Customer & Dealer Coordination: Communicate with customers and dealers via email and phone Handle inquiries related to sales and services professionally Follow up on KSR (KTA Sales Representative) visits via the Unolo app to support sales targets 2. Sales Order Processing & Invoicing: Process sales orders and update reports in ERP Prepare invoices accurately and on time 3. Order & Production Coordination: Track order status and coordinate with production Follow up on material dispatches and commitment dates 4. Reporting: Prepare and submit a daily report of work accomplished. Maintain all activities and completed tasks in a work diary 5. Logistics: Coordinate shipments with channel partners Maintain records of all the shipments. 6.
