Sales Order Processing and Invoicing: Process sales orders in the ERP system. Maintain and update sales reports within the ERP system. Prepare Invoices. Order and Production Coordination: Track the status of pending orders with the production department. Ensure that materials are dispatched as per scheduled. Take Follow up on commitment dates given by production department. Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit a daily report of work accomplished. Document all activities and completed tasks in the diary. Logistics: Coordinate with channel partners to book shipments. Maintain records of all the shipments.
