Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting Royal Enfield motorcycles to customers. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Product Demonstration: Conduct test rides and demonstrate the features, specifications, and benefits of Royal Enfield motorcycles to potential customers. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to order closure, including documentation and invoicing. Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and stay competitive. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales through persistent follow-up and addressing customer queries. After-Sales Support: Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase. Event Participation: Represent the dealership in various events and roadshows to generate brand awareness and drive sales. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with bikes or two-wheelers. Education: Graduate in any discipline (a degree in marketing or business will be an added advantage). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Customer-Centric: A customer-first approach with an ability to understand customer needs and deliver a great buying experience. Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of automobile sales and a keen interest in motorcycles, particularly Royal Enfield models. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Driving License: A valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
