Position: Service Marketing Executive Location: Wakad Department: Service – Customer Outreach Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Marketing Executive to join our team. The role primarily involves tele-sales and customer engagement where you will connect with customers, schedule service appointments, and ensure their visit to the respective branch as per the booking. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding service reminders and offers. Book appointments for service as per customer convenience. Ensure appointment slots are well managed and communicated clearly. Share details of branch location, contact number, and timing with the customer. Follow up with customers to confirm their visit as per the scheduled appointment. Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer responses in the system. Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth handling of customer visits. Provide feedback on customer queries, concerns, and suggestions to the management. Desired Skills & QualificationsGraduate / HSC with strong communication skills. Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or telesales preferred (Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage). Good command over English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain a professional approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
