Counter Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and fashion-savvy Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales while delivering top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories according to their style preferences and needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our clothing collections, sizes, and pricing. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well-organized and presentable. Handle billing and payment processes accurately. Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager for stock replenishment. Stay updated on fashion trends to provide style recommendations to customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Retail Associate, or in a similar sales role (preferably in fashion/clothing). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for fashion and styling. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems. Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
