The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a pleasant personality to provide a premium shopping experience to customers. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs and preferences. Explain product features, quality, pricing, and certification details. Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery. Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the showroom. Handle billing, sales documentation, and customer transactions accurately. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Assist in stock counting, inventory management, and security protocols. Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction. 🔹 RequirementsMinimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in jewellery retail sales is an added advantage. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Good product knowledge and keen interest in jewellery. Ability to work in shifts and handle showroom responsibilities.
