Role Overview: The Service Marketing Executive (SME) is responsible for engaging with customers through outbound calls, promoting periodic vehicle servicing, and generating interest in soft product sales such as extended warranties, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), helmets, accessories, and other Royal Enfield merchandise. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring regular customer visits and service retention. Key Responsibilities:Contact existing and potential customers to schedule periodic service appointments. Inform customers about due services, service offers, and ongoing maintenance packages. Promote and upsell soft products like AMCs, accessories, riding gear, and Royal Enfield branded merchandise. Maintain and update the service calling database in the CRM/HRMS system. Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Manager to confirm customer appointments. Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction. Achieve monthly targets related to service appointments and product upselling. Prepare daily/weekly call reports and share with the Service Manager. Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong cusomer relationship and follow-up ability. Basic computer knowledge and data handling. Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset. Qualifications:Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream. Prior experience in telesales, service marketing, or customer calling will be an added advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
