About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our domestic & international tour packages. The role requires strong communication, convincing skills, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain tour packages effectively.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful bookings.
• Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with sales/operations teams for booking confirmation and customer support.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure excellent customer service to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary/Graduation.
• Experience in Tele Sales will be an added advantage (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records.
