Sales Executive

Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits at Aamvana Avenue (Masaipet) for prospective customers.
Visit apartments and gated communities to provide mini demos and distribute brochures.
Perform home demos when customers are unable to visit the site.
Coordinate with the central sales team and follow up on leads.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and events.
Support weekend events and on-ground customer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:
23 years in field sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles.
Language:
Fluency in
Telugu
(mandatory); English or Hindi is a plus.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Local Knowledge:
Familiar with areas around Kompally (Suchitra, Bolarum, Petbasheerabad, etc.).
Mobility:
Must have a two-wheeler with valid license and know how to use Google Maps.
Tech:
Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM tools for follow-ups.
Presentation:
Professional appearance and confident in giving site walkthroughs.
Work Style:
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
