Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented across multiple teams, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency in application delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder ONE Network (ONE) platform for supply chain collaboration and visibility.- Engage with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions using ONE capabilities.- Configure ONE modules (e.g., Control Tower, Order Collaboration, Inventory Visibility, Logistics Network) and support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS).- Facilitate design workshops, solution blueprinting, and functional design documentation.- Collaborate with technical teams for data mapping, APIs, EDI, and system interfaces.- Drive testing, defect triage, and cutover planning during UAT and go-live phases.- Provide training and support post go-live stabilization.Mandatory Skills: - Strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning, execution, or control tower operations.- Hands-on experience in at least one Blue Yonder ONE implementation.- Familiarity with ONEs Control Center, Alerting Framework, and Collaborative Workflows.- Good understanding of JSON, XML, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, EDI).- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work directly with business and IT stakeholders Additional Information:- The candidate should have experience in Blue Yonder ONE (One Network Enterprise) Consultant / Architect- This position is based at our Chennai office(Preferably with flexibility for client location travel)- A 15 years full time education is required. Support o9 system implementation and business process management. Setup and evaluate planning performance measurement. Proactively build the process as well as the technology capabilities within the team. Deliver expertise for the implementation and continuous improvement of planning strategy, organization, processes, operations, and technology. Qualification Professional & Technical Skills: MBA from Tier-1 or Tier 2 institute Minimum 8-12 years of supply chain experience O9 experience is preferred Strong process knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning, supply chain planning control tower Experience of one or two projects in Planning transformation implementation such as demand planning, supply planning, sales and operations planning control tower, in a workstream lead role using business platforms like SAP IBP, APO, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, Anaplan, E2Open, Aera, JDA, BY, Oracle SCM, preferred Hands-on experience on creating different resources such as workbook, dashboard, task flow, to provide functionalities or solutions based on clients requirements
