Our team ensures seamless coordination, risk mitigation, and accelerated delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in the healthcare equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with government departments, and the ability to drive sales through both field and inside sales activities.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare equipment segment.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, public healthcare institutions, and procurement departments.
· Drive end-to-end sales efforts – from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
· Maintain an active and professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to build brand visibility and generate leads.
· Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product and Customer service) to customize solutions as per client requirements.
· Track industry trends, competitor activities, and provide market insights.
· Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· 2–4 years of experience in sales preferably in the healthcare/medical equipment domain.
· Prior experience dealing with government departments or tenders is essential.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong professional presence and network on LinkedIn or similar platforms.
· Willingness to travel frequently for field sales while also managing remote/inside sales operations.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Knowledge of government procurement processes (GeM portal, tendering, etc.)
· Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools, sales analytics, and social selling analytics, and social selling techniques.
