Job Description

drives revenue by identifying prospects, understanding their needs, presenting products/services, and closing deals, while maintaining client relationships through after-sales support and market research to find new opportunities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through methods like cold calls, emails, networking, and social media.
  • Product/Service Presentation:

    Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting how the offering meets their needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients to finalize sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, stay updated on market trends, and understand competitor activities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    Manage and update client information and sales progress in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • After-Sales Support:

    Provide post-sales support and onboarding to ensure client satisfaction and to foster loyalty.
  • Internal Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Essential Skills

  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation:

    Ability to persuade clients, overcome objections, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Skill in identifying and resolving client issues to build lasting relationships.
  • Time Management & Organization:

    Ability to effectively plan and organize daily tasks and workload to maximize productivity.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:

    A strong understanding of the product/service being sold and the broader industry to identify customer needs.
  • Confidence:

    The self-assurance to effectively represent the company and its offerings and to handle challenges.

    Role & responsibilities

Locations : Trichy, Udumalaipet, Coimbatore, Salem - 4 candidates required for these locations in Tamil Ndu.
