Own a rolling sales pipeline, converting ≥30 % of Marketing Qualified Leads to paying customers each month. Demo course value, overcome objections and close enrolments to meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals. Maintain data hygiene in Salesforce CRM and automate follow-ups to drive predictable ACV. Feed learner insights to product marketing teams, championing continuous improvement. You bring… 1–2 years’ target-driven inside-sales success in ed-tech, e-learning or professional-course selling. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field. Proven prospecting, cold-calling and consultative-selling skills across B2C funnels. Hands-on Salesforce CRM (or similar) experience: dashboards, cadence tools and reporting. Clear written spoken English and the confidence to present technical concepts simply. Nice to have… Familiarity with AI, machine-learning or quantum-computing basics. Exposure to MEDDPICC, SPIN or similar sales methodologies.
